The User's profile stores information which allows the User to belong to a branch and department. This is essential when submitting knowledge and ideas as each ROK, Topic and Reply can be correctly attributed to a location. When another User searches for specific knowledge or ideas relating to a location, this is how it is found.

The User's team list is shown, and there are options to link to all the ROKs, Topics and Replies the User has ever submitted using the My Knowledge and My Ideas links (part of the menu - not shown).
