When you open a Topic you'll see any Replies associated with the Topic, their Statuses and any reference material attached to the Topic.

This Topic has had a Reply deleted by the Opportunity Director. You can easily add a Reply to either the Topic or the current Replies.

Reference material can be any type of file, a link to a website, a link to another Topic, or to a Record of Knowledge (ROK - the way IdeasTracker stores knowledge).

Each Topic has a unique ID (shown top right) meaning you can easily link a Topic using the reference material section. Users can upload reference material easily using the form at the bottom.

A Topic audit trail (not shown) is also supplied, giving details of when Statuses were applied to the Topic.
