Customisation of Statuses and Idea Categories    
 

The processes, workflows and specifics of your business will dictate exactly what Statuses and Categories you require. We include 28 Statuses and 12 Categories - your Systems Administrator can add your own and delete the default ones if you want.

Each Status has an action associated with it:

  • Keep - Include' leaves the Topic/Reply where it is
  • 'Archive - Hide' moves the Topic/Reply to the archive
  • 'Delete - Remove from Database' removes the Topic/Reply completely.

IdeasTracker Categories can be hidden or deleted when not needed - this means you can create Categories for specific events such as a product launch, or a periodic event.
