IdeasTracker stores statistics relating to the number of Users and how many ROKs, Topics and Replies have been submitted. These are available as graphs or tables, where applicable, and IdeasTracker stores the history right back to the installation date

This information is available to both the HR Administrator and the Opportunity Director.
